Breakfast will be provided each morning at your hotel. Additionally, lunch or dinner will be included as specified in the itinerary, subject to availability.

A deposit amounting to 30% of the total travel program cost is required at the time of booking. Payment of this deposit may be made via credit card or wire transfer. The outstanding balance must be settled no later than 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days of the scheduled trip, full payment is required upon confirmation.
To cancel your trip, notify Bemarivo Travel or your agent in writing.
- A $300 administrative fee applies per person for cancelled reservations.
- Cancel 60–90 days before departure: deposit (30% of program price) is forfeited.
- Cancel 30–60 days before departure: lose 50% of program price.
- Cancel within 30 days: no refund.
- Missed services are non-refundable.

Although every effort will be undertaken to operate tours as planned, changes may still be required even after the final itinerary has been issued.

Roads in Madagascar are often poor and rough, requiring patience. Most driving days will be long and bumpy but adventurous.
Wildlife viewing is all on foot, so a reasonable fitness level is needed for safaris.
Accommodation listed in the itinerary is an example; substitutes of similar quality may be used if preferred options aren’t available.
